Are you the one who believe that diets do not work? Read on... Fact Ultimately, if you take less calories than you need, your body will start to use up the stored fat to get the extra calories it needs to function properly. This will gradually result in weight loss. My advice is to follow a moderately restricted diet instead of a crash diet that bans your favorite foods and leave you feeling hungry. Recent studies reveal artificial sweeteners contribute to obesity. Diet soda consumers remain overweight while destroying their brain cells and creating other health hazards. Myth 2: Eat low or no fat foods. The bogus cholesterol scare created by junk science in the 1950s spawned the birth of a no and low fat food industry.
