About Lavleen

Lavleen Kaur is the visionary founder and head dietitian of Santushti Holistic Health & Healing Centre (formerly Diet Insight). With over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition, Ayurveda, and lifestyle coaching, Lavleen specializes in integrating traditional wisdom with modern science to achieve sustainable health transformations.

Holding multiple master’s degrees in foods, nutrition, education, and public health, Lavleen is also a Fit India Ambassador and a life member of the Indian Dietetic Association. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from balancing the mind, body, and soul.

At Santushti, the team focuses on reversing chronic disorders through a combination of personalized nutrition plans, Panchakarma therapies, Ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness practices.
