Fact Ultimately, if you take less calories than you need, your body will start to use up the stored fat to get the extra calories it needs to function properly. This will gradually result in weight loss. My advice is to follow a moderately restricted diet instead of a crash diet that bans your favorite foods and leave you feeling hungry.
